These villas will be positioned in a new settlement, the first closed type in the capital of Montenegro. The complex is located on the south-eastern slopes of the hill, at the exit from the city in the direction of Cetinje, with a beautiful view of the city and the surrounding mountains. It is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Podgorica and all city amenities. Whether you enter Boka by land or sea, your experience will be the same – bay of Kotor will fascinate you! It looks like the mountains have cracked and released the sea. It is the southernmost fjord in Europe.

The bay is naturally divided into four smaller parts - the Gulf of Hercegnovi, the Gulf of Risan, the Gulf of Kotor and the Gulf of Tivat. Small towns, treasures of history, art and beauty, are strung along the coast like pearls.

The small town of Risan is the oldest settlement in the Bay of Kotor. It was the craft, maritime and trade center of the Illyrian state. When it comes to Montenegro, sights with archeological background are a real treat for history and archeology lovers. One such attraction is the "Roman Mosaics" in Risan.

"Torre a cona" is a modern and luxurious building located in Sutomore, Municipality of Bar. “Torre a cona“ site is located on a plot of 1,170 m2. It consists of a garage in the basement and four floors. The number of residential units is 12, of which 8 are one-bedroom apartments and 4 are studios.

The appearance exudes a Mediterranean architectural style. The facade recedes on the last floor, which visually affects the dimensions of the building and makes it more pleasant for the space. The arch is accentuated by stone cladding. The pitched gable roofs are covered with traditional material - gutters, while the pergolas on the terraces provide shade. The whole arrangement makes the building unique and special for the space and the surroundings. At the entrance of the building there is a common reception with modern design, reception hall and 24-hour maintenance.

FIELD apartments are a project in Kolašin, under the Bjelasica mountain. It is located an hour drive from the capital Podgorica and the largest airport in the country. Kolašin is the largest winter tourism center in Montenegro, with 43 km of ski slopes and one of the fastest growing tourist destinations.

The location of the apartment house is 2 km from the center of Kolašin and 9 km from the ski center "Kolašin 1450/1600-Bjelasica". This location is a special advantage for clients and visitors, as it is close to the city facilities and the ski center, and thus can meet all the needs of its residents in the winter and summer months.
